100 years, Taffy Town has been manufacturing gourmet Salt Water Taffy. It is a
delicious, whipped t
affy that melts in your mouth with a wide variety of true
to life, unique, and amazing flavors. Our taffy is Made in the USA in a batch
process, using the best ingredients and flavors we can find. Our factory is free
of tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten. All our products contain egg whites and milk
for a creamy, melt-in-your-mouth taste and texture that is without comparison.
Taffy Town, Inc. is a family-owned and operated company located in the Salt
Lake City area of Utah.
Each taffy piece is twisted in a
wax wrapper with the trademark red Taffy Town lettering to help our
ever-growing fan base identify our product wherever it may be sold. It is a
colorful product with individual wrapping to make it easy to use in candy
buffets, holiday treats, summer snacks, party goody bags, and more. It is a fun
medium to use for creative decoration projects and crafts for both children and
adults.
The

product to come in, (2) substitute another product, or (3) cancel and request a

Most items are in stock
and will ship within (24) hours of payment; our shipping days are Monday
-Wednesday for products sensitive to heat; all other products Monday through
Friday and Saturday. To restate; regardless of when the product is ordered and
paid for Chocolate can only be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday or
Wednesday.  Most shipments will be received within 1 to 3 business
days if shipped priority, 3 to 5 days if shipped first class.  If your
order is less than 16oz it will be shipped USPS First Class.  We
understand when you buy candy or snacks you want them NOW, but we are at the
mercy of the Post Office and FedEx.
Shipping costs are
determined by weight, distance, and the shipping method chosen by the
buyer.  All products are shipped from our Colfax store in Colfax,
California 95713 USA.   All products are put in one box whenever
possible, and the shipping charges are based on total weight and distance
shipped.

inflated costs or add-ons.
Bulk
Product:
Many of our
products are sold in bulk, which means we purchase in large quantities
(10-30LBS) and then break down into smaller sizes and package in food grade
bags.
If the product is pictured in factory packaging it will be shipped
as shown, otherwise it will be shipped in bulk
. Our facility is
permitted as a food facility and inspected by the Placer County Environmental
Health Department. All product is weighed on food grade scales which are
inspected annually by the County weights and measures department. Each
crewmember working with product has completed and has been certified in food
safe handling practices.
Hot Hold
: This
means that item you purchased is HIGHLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO MELTING and is being
shipped during the warm summer months. We pack the products in heat resistant
packaging and include ice packs to reduce the risk of melting, but this does
not guarantee the product will not melt.  If you purchase a heat sensitive
item, you will receive an e-mail from us stating that your order contains an
item that is susceptible to melting.  As stated previously, we only ship
heat sensitive items Monday through Wednesday.  If you place your order
outside of those days, your order and tracking information will be held until
the following Monday.  Unfortunately, some customers in the past have
failed to monitor their packages’ tracking information and their product is delivered
and left outside or in a mailbox where it ultimately melts.  You will
receive your packages’ tracking information via e-mail. Please log onto USPS
online and check tracking to ensure that you are aware of when your
package is “OUT FOR DELIVERY.”  If you wish to assume the risk, there is
no need to contact us and your product will be shipped on the next available
shipping day.  If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know before
9AM PST the day following the e-mail reminder we send you.
