This is a midcentury, Chinese elm, low cabinet-seat, a broad bench with storage dating to the mid-20th century.
Delightfully rustic appeal offering a seat with abundant storage. Good color and grain interest due to the Chinese elm. A suite of three drawers over lower, inner secret compartment.
The broad planked seat panel benefiting from shaped ends and paneled front flanked by serpentine brackets. Field panel drawer fronts dressed with iron loop handles. Raised on stout legs to a useful 17″ height.
